The Noroton’s Annual Girls Opti Clinic and Regatta takes place at the Noroton Yacht Club on July 10-11, and it’s open to sailors of any skill level, ages 8 to 15.

Girls: come spend a day with top girl sailors and coaches to learn what makes them so fast on the race course.
This year we’re pleased to have as clinic head coach Nicky Souter, 2009 ISAF Women’s Match Racing World Champion and 2010 Australian Female Sailor-of-the-Year.
The coach to sailor ratio will be targeted at 1:7 to provide a very positive and intensive experience. Open to sailors of all skill levels, aged 8 to 15.
On Monday, July 11 we’re hosting the Girl’s Opti Regatta where sailors can try out all of the go-fast techniques learned at the clinic.
Sailors do NOT need to be members of a yacht club, or the JSA of LIS to attend. The event is open to all girls aged 8-15.
JSA Sailors can register via the JSA website.
Non-JSA sailors can download and send in an Entry Form and Waiver.
