This one day conference is designed to support families, in working with children at home, to help them thrive as readers and writers.

Whether you are the parent of a kindergartner or fifth grader, whether you have questions about how best to help your fourth grader with his writing homework, how to locate books your kindergartner will read, how children move from pretend reading to actually reading, how to support spelling and grammar, or how to prepare for high stakes assessments, there is something for everyone.

You will also leave with suggestions for resources- for great books, websites, and people to reach out to with your questions.
