Angelo Pace, 76, our very much loved family member and a life-long resident of Darien, passed away after a battle with lung cancer.

Angelo Pace, 76, passed away. His burial will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 20.
Angelo served his country proudly in the U.S. Army. He was an avid camper and sports fan, especially football. He enjoyed attending car races, as well. Angelo loved visiting his family in Tampa, Florida.
He will lovingly be remembered as a kind, generous, dependable, hard working and fun man.
Angelo was predeceased by his parents; Rose and Leonard Pace, and his brother, Leonard Pace Jr., all of Darien. He is survived by his sister-in-law, Margaret Pace, his nephew, David Pace and niece, Melanie Pace, all of Darien. Also, his niece Barbara Slavinsky (Paul) of Pinellas Park, Florida, and his adored great-niece, Britany Slavinsky of Tampa, Florida.
Pursuant to his wishes, his funeral will be a private family affair. A Mass and celebration of his life will be extended to all in the future. His burial, with full military honors, will take place at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2024 at Spring Grove Cemetery. Anyone wishing to attend may do so. May many happy memories bring us all peace.
