Darien town government will regrade and establish turf at 30 Edgerton St., between the Edgerton Street entrance and exit behind Middlesex Middle School, tentatively starting May 6, with completion by the end of the month, weather permitting.

Work will take place between 7 a.m. through 5 p.m., Mondays through Fridays. No site work will take place on weekends or on the Memorial Day holiday, although some soil deliveries may occur on Saturdays.
Work will be confined to central portion of the site as depicted on photograph below and will also impact the parking areas.

The area roughly within the yellow polygon is where the turf and regrading project will be done.
Passage of vehicular traffic through the site will be available at all times. Pedestrians will also continue to use this site as a cut through to Middlesex Middle School via use of the sidewalks which will remain open. Please use care and caution around construction activity and avoid construction zone.
