You’re invited to join fellow Darien residents on the steps of Darien Town Hall, 2 Renshaw Road, before the Board of Selectmen meeting at 7 p.m. to stand in solidarity with the goal of flying the Pride Flag at Town Hall. The rally is scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m.
Immediately following the rally, protestors hope to fill Room 206 with supporters. That’s the room where the Board of Selectmen is scheduled to meet, starting at 7 p.m.

Organizers of the demonstration will ask the board to vote “yes” to fly the flag for the rest of the month of June, which is LGBTQ+ Pride Month. Organizers are asking those who attend to speak to the board during the meeting’s public comment period. Organizer’s Arguments for the Town Flying the Flag
