The properties comprise central Stamford’s “Fairfield Commons” village, a development that preserved existing historic homes to create a supportive housing community. With this grant, Pacific House will be able to advance its long-standing initiative to provide continued permanent supportive housing to the homeless community. Currently, Pacific House owns and manages six affordable supported housing properties and two more are in development. “We’re extremely grateful, these funds will allow our agency to continue its mission of developing and providing affordable housing and services to homeless people of the Greater Stamford community,” said Rafael Pagan Jr., executive director of Pacific House.
