Plein Air Art Exhibit at Atria Darien This Month

Atria Darien is hosting an art exhibit this month of work from the Fairfield County Plein Air Painters. This group of area painters and other artists and gather each week, primarily during the spring and fall. They paint onsite in the open air (“plein air”) throughout Fairfield County. Group members share inspiration and insights, “and we quite simply have a lot of fun,” an announcement about the exhibit states. “Many of the works you will see on display have been painted nearby, on-location, during recent paint-outs We carry on a long tradition of plein air painting in this region.”
