Darien Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce that Mark Rosenbloom has been named as chairman of the Darien Chamber of Commerce board of directors.
Mark Rosenbloom, assistant vice president, cash management services at First County Bank, was recently elected as chairman of the Darien Chamber of Commerce board of directors.
Mark was officially elected as executive board chairman at the Nov. 16, 2015 annual awards meeting. His appointment was effective Jan. 1, 2016 and is a two year term.
In addition to Rosenbloom’s election to the board, he also serves the Darien Chamber of Commerce as a member of the Events Committee. In the past, he served as an ambassador and chairman of the membership committee. Mark has been active in the Chamber since 2009.
“Mark’s leadership experience and community involvement with the Darien Chamber of Commerce makes him an outstanding addition as chairman of our board,” said Susan Cator, president of Darien Chamber of Commerce.
Mark Rosenbloom is an assistant vice president, cash management manager, at First County Bank located in Stamford. Rosenbloom is active in community service as a member of Childhood Learning Center, finance committee and Darien Community Fund allocation panel. He has served as mentor, Stamford Public Education Foundation. Rosenbloom is a Darien native and Stamford resident.
