To the editor:
This is a reminder to fellow residents to vote on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3, from 6 a.m to 8 p.m.
Polling places have been changed in several instances:
- District 1 — 35 Leroy Avenue (old Library building);
- District 2 — Town Hall (2 Renshaw Road);
- District 3 — Noroton Heights Fire Station (Rear/209 Noroton Ave.);
- District 4 — Hindley School (10 Nearwater Lane);
- District 5 — Town Hall (2 Renshaw Road);
- District 6 — 35 Leroy Avenue (old Library building).
In the event of an emergency precluding you from voting on November 3rd, applications for absentee ballots may be obtained by mail, phone request, in person, or downloaded from www.darienct.gov/content/104/114/220/19970.aspx.
For any other additional information, check with the Town Clerk’s office, Town Hall Room 101, phone 203-656-7307, or check www.darienct.gov/voters. The Town Clerk’s Office is open weekdays 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. through Monday, Nov 2.
