Blue Wave Football will hold its annual car wash from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Sunday, June 4 at Darien High School.

Coach Andy Grant is looking forward to this annual event that washes hundreds of cars. “As the new head coach of the Blue Wave, what we do off the field is as important as on the field. On Sunday, June 4 we will be working together to hold our annual car wash at Darien High School from 9 to 1. We hope to see you there.”
After these athletic captains and their teammates are through, Darien’s cars will be much cleaner than New Canaan’s.
Captains Jack Stuart, Jack Silsby, Ryan Girlamo, Briggs McGuckin and Clifton Shelton will be leading the car washing team.
The team will be selling tickets at UCBC, Mama’s, Palmer’s Market and the Darien Sport Shop on Saturday June 3. Tickets are $10.
