J.McLaughlin Darien is hosting a Sip & Shop event from 4 to 7 p.m., Thursday, May 9 at the store, located at 1020 Post Road in Darien.

The event is in support of Rare Sarcoma Research, and J.McLaughlin is a proud supporter of Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.

“We will have custom hand painted wicker bags and accessories on site with local artist Katie Lashendock, and a Build Your Own Stem Bar,” the JMcLaughlin announcement said.

The event is hosted by Susan and Tyler Boston.
