Darien students in the sixth, seventh and eighth grade can apply to take a Thursday night series of five presentations about crime scene investigations. The free program is presented by Darien police.
Each 90-minute presentation on CSI (crime scene investigations) runs from 7 to 8:30 p.m. from Jan. 7 to Feb. 4, but you need to apply by Wednesday, Dec. 16. Applications to attend the presentations are on The Depot youth center’s website.
A flyer for the program states: “Ever see those crime shows on TV? Wonder how they solve crimes? Wanna know what the cops in Darien do everyday? Here’s your chance to find out…”
The Darien Police Department and The Depot are sponsoring the program.
