We just fell in love with Shay at Stamford Animal Control and were sad to hear the story of how she landed in a cage on Magee Avenue.
According to Animal Control Officer Tilford Cobb, a week ago someone abandoned this skinny, six- to seven-month-old puppy in a crate by the shelter’s dumpster.
