Judith Townsend Bailey, 81, of Summerville, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2021.
She was born March 11, 1940 in Norwalk, daughter of the late Norman Hyde Robbins and the late Marjorie Littlejohn Robbins.
Judith loved her children and grandchildren and was married to Lance Bailey for 54 years prior to his passing.
She was a longtime resident of Darien, a member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church and a longtime member of Tokeneke Club.
She is survived by her son, Scott (Kimberley) Bailey of Summerville; daughter, Kimberley (Bob) Hain of Mountainside, New Jersey; sister, Wendy (Bill) Foulke of Bedford, New York; brother, David (Katie) Robbins of Simsbury; five grandchildren: Amanda Peragine, Victoria Bailey, Trevor Hain, Garrett Hain and Dylan Hain; and two great-grandchildren: Bailey Peragine and Reagan Peragine.
Her funeral service will be held at a later date in Darien. J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Northwoods Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
