10 Middlesex Students Achieve Academic Recognition from Center for Talented Youth

Ten Middlesex Middle School students were awarded high honors in the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (CTY) 2023-2024 Academic Talent Search.

These Middlesex students were awarded: seventh graders Pavana Attonito, Oliver Katz and Harris Moeller; eighth graders Aarna Agrawal, Elena Cappella, Masaki Kimura, Kelsey Madson, Momo Schoenemann, Clayton Adams and Sklyer Johnson.

The Center for Talented Youth awarded high honors to these MMS students (from left): 7th graders Pavana Attonito, Oliver Katz and Harris Moeller; 8th graders Aarna Agrawal, Elena Cappella, Masaki Kimura, Kelsey Madson and Momo Schoenemann (Clayton Adams and Sklyer Johnson not pictured).

Pavana Attonito and Masaki Kimura received the additional distinction of grand honors for being among the highest scorers worldwide this year.

In order to qualify for high honors, students must earn a score on the SAT or ACT exam that reflects ability approximately four grade levels above their currently enrolled grade.
