Donate new or gently used clothes, shoes and accessories “so another team can rock in them!” says the poster for The Depot’s “Teen Fall Fashion Clothing Drive.” The collection date is Sept. 21, from 12 noon to 4 p.m. at The Depot, 25 Heights Road. The event is sponsored by Open Doors and The Depot youth center.
The Depot is holding a post-Friday Night Lights party after the DHS Homecoming football game on Sept. 19 (at 9:30 p.m.), the youth center announced. The food is free (and there doesn’t seem to be any admission charge), and a shuttle is available to take DHS students from the game to The Depot. The poster for the event notes that “Food is first-come, first-served — so don’t wait”
Music, pool, ping pong “and plenty of time to chill with friends,” will be at the party.
