Panel Discussions on Race Relations Monday at Darien Library

U.S. Rep. Jim Himes is hosting a forum on race relations in America from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Monday July 25, at Darien Library. Doors open at 6 p.m.

Along with Himes, a Democrat who represents Darien and the Fourth Congressional District these panelists will talk at the event:

UPDATE: Darien Police Chief Duane Lovello may attend the meeting. Darien police recently stopped a black Bridgeport man on a bicycle in Tokeneke. Allegations have been raised about whether racial profiling led to the stop, and Darien police just released more information about it:
