A 32-year-old Darien man was taken to Stamford Hospital with “non-life-threatening injuries” after an SUV he was driving hit a tree on the side of a Darien road at about 3 a.m. on Sunday, police said. Police are still investigating the collision, which was reported at 3:05 a.m., May 27 after a black 2011 Nissan Rogue going north on Hollow Tree Ridge Road hit the tree near the corner of Miles Road in the Noroton section of town.
