Connecticut Owls: Lecture at New Canaan Library

New Canaan Library is pleased to present a unique opportunity to get a peek inside the fascinating world of our local owls. Naturalist, author and bird tour guide Frank Gallo will speak at the library on Tuesday, July 10 at 6:30 p.m. in the Adrian Lamb Room. PLEASE REGISTER

Gallo, author of recently released Birding in Connecticut will take the audience through the little known worlds of Connecticut’s local owls. During his hands-on presentation, Frank will explain in depth their fascinating behaviors and adaptations, and let the audience in on local sites where they can be found. Following the presentation, Frank will be signing copies of Birding in Connecticut, the definitive guide to where, when and, how to find birds in the state.
