Pearl Kaminsky passed peacefully on Aug. 17. She was born in Stamford Connecticut, the daughter of Paul and Katherine Walczuk. She was a longtime resident of Darien, moving to Norwalk after retirement.

Pearl Kaminsky passed away on Aug. 17. Her funeral was privately held.
She enjoyed her work as a buyer and salesperson at Ethel Allen, Nora Zandre and Elsebe’s, assisting her clients in finding the perfect outfits to fit their personality and lifestyle. Her style and wit will be missed by all who knew her.
She is survived by her children, Susan Kaminsky of Norwalk and Dr. Brian Kaminsky and his wife, Shana, of Richmond Virginia; her two granddaughters, Elsa Kaminsky and Jenna Kaminsky; and she enjoyed a close relationship with their mother, Maryann Kaminsky. Pearl is also survived by her nephew, Kenneth Krykew, and his wife, Natalie of Westchester, Pennsylvania, and their children: Paige, Kimberly and Matthew. She was predeceased by her husband, Leonard Kaminsky, and her siblings: Sabina Krykew, Adele Cierebiej, Claire Konitshek and Peter Walczuk.
