In a talk Tuesday night at Darien Library, therapist Robert DiRoma will focus on better managing our emotions and making healthier choices, especially as we head into the holiday season.
The holidays can bring both joy and heightened stress, particularly for those impacted by domestic violence. These challenges affect women, men, and children, leaving families vulnerable at a critical time.
Let’s turn concern into hope. Robert DiRoma will share practical tools and strategies to help us find emotional balance and make positive choices this season.
DiRoma is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor.
DiRoma’s talk, “Navigating Emotions: Finding Balance and Making Healthy Choices,” begins at 7 p.m., this Tuesday, Nov. 19, and the event should be over by 9 p.m. It takes place in the Community Room of Darien Library.
— This event is co-sponsored by the Darien Domestic Abuse Council and Darien Library.
