Head off winter illness by getting a flu shot. The flu clinic is first-come, first-served and hosted by the Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Fairfield County.

Open to anyone age 4+. If under age 18, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The cost of the vaccine is $50. The nurses will bill directly to Medicare Part B, Aetna, Anthem, Connecticare, Harvard Pilgrim, Multi Plan, or Wellcare.

High-dose vaccine is available for those age 65 and over. The cost is $70

Please bring your insurance card and wear short sleeves or sleeves that can be easily rolled up.
