A talk by Dr. Edward H. Schuster, a Stamford-based cardiologist will provide a comprehensive overview of the factors contributing to a long and healthy life, blending personal anecdotes with professional expertise.

Dr. Schuster is a Stamford based cardiologist who received his medical degree from the Chicago Medical School and completed his internship and residency at Duke Hospital. He was a fellow in cardiology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, and is currently an attending physician at Stamford Hospital.
Schuster’s talk will start at 12:45 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 30, at the senior center, located on the first floor of the Mather Center and accessible from the lower parking lot in front of Town Hall, 2 Renshaw Road.

A total of 25 complimentary lunches will be generously provided by Right at Home, a home health-aide service in Darien. All individuals interested in participating in this event are welcome to enter a lottery for a chance to receive a lunch. The lunch lottery will take place on the day of the event.
