Please join The Daughters of the American Revolution for a tour of Knapp Tavern-Putnam Cottage on Sunday, Nov. 26 from 2 to  4 p.m.

Docents are at the building at 243 East Putnam Ave. (Route 1) in Greenwich and ready and willing to host tours. There will be a “Please Touch” table for children to learn about Colonial-era life and toys. The event is sponsored by the Putnam Hill Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.

See Revolutionary War soldiers performing military exercises and learn about the American Revolution next Sunday, Feb. 26 at the Putnam Cottage on Route 1 in Greenwich. The Daughters of the American Revolution at Putnam Cottage in Greenwich will host an event to celebrate “Put’s Ride” from 1 to 3 p.m. on Feb. 26 at the Knapp Tavern Museum/Putnam Cottage, 243 East Putnam Ave. in Greenwich.
