Expect delays if you’re traveling on Interstate 95 in Norwalk overnight Tuesday to Wednesday, the Connecticut Department of Transportation warns. Lane closures — sometimes one lane, sometimes two — will be in effect at times from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. for traffic going in both directions, the department said in an announcement. For “northbound” (actually, eastbound) traffic the lane closures will take place between Exits 13 and 15. For “southbound” (westbound) traffic, lanes will be closed between Exit 17 in Westport and Exit 14 in Norwalk. The reason: “bridge inspections.”
