An exhibition of paintings, many of them on maritime themes, by four artists opens today, Wednesday, Sept. 1 at The George Billis Gallery. On opening day an artists’ reception, open to the public, takes place from 4 to 7 p.m.
The exhibit has work from artists Edward Duff, Margot Nimiroski, Stephanie Reiter and Sarah Williams.

About the George Billis Gallery
The George Billis Gallery is an exhibition space with locations in Westport and Los Angeles. The gallery features work by both national and international emerging and established artists.
The New York gallery was established on March 25, 1997, and was the 12th gallery to open in the Chelsea Arts District. In 2004, George Billis opened a second location in the art district of Culver City, Los Angeles. Due to COVID-19, on Dec. 8, 2020, the New York gallery was relocated to Westport.
