Our Summer Sunday Concert Series continues with The Barons. The concert will take place on the Great Lawn or in the Silver Educational Center if there’s rain. Bring chairs or a blanket, and a picnic dinner. 

$5 for members, $10 for non-members, free for children 12 & under.

The Barons are one of the tri-state’s hottest “oldies” groups with over 30 years of performing experience, combined with the areas top musicians.

The Barons are known for their 1963 hits, “Pledge of A Fool”, “Remember Rita” on Epic Records, and “Possibility,” on Old Town Records under the name of The Crowns. These tunes will take you back to the 50’s and 60’s while being performed the way music used to and the way it should be.

The vocalists consist of three males and one female and are supported by five dedicated musicians.

The Barons have shared the stage with such groups as; Kenny Vance and The Planotones Brenda Lee,Johnny Maestro & The Brooklyn Bridge, The Duprees, The Classics, The Passions, The Mystics, The Harptones, The Tokens, The Skyliners The Drifters, The Shangri-las, Lloyd Price, Eugene Pitt & The Jive Five, The Del-Vikings,TheTeenagers, Earl Lewis & The Channels,Randy & The Rainbows, Johnny & Joe, The Demensions, The Chantels, The Tymes, The Orlons, Herb Cox & The Cleftones and The Regents.

We also had the pleasure of backing up Johnny Tillotson with music and vocals.
