Stamford Model Railroad Club’s annual open house takes place on Nov. 24 and Dec. 1, the first two Saturdays after Thanksgiving.

Watch dozens of highly detailed model trains and trolley cars run through miles of city, town and scenic countryside on a GIANT 150-by-51-foot operating O-Scale model train layout.

View scale houses and buildings with amazing attention to detail – inside and out. Plus the always popular Circus Train! A holiday tradition now celebrating its 79th year.

The club is located in the basement of St John’s Episcopal Church at the corner of Grove & Elm Streets (the entrance is on Grove Street) in Downtown Stamford, close to the Stamford Town Center shopping mall. Municipal parking is nearby.

Admission is $5 for adults, $4 for children, with children under 5 free! Downtown Stamford, CT, close to Stamford Town Center Shopping Mall.

Hours are from 1 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.; closed between 5 and 7 p.m.
