Darien middle and elementary school wrestlers in the Blue Wave Wrestling Club recently competed in the 5th annual Tri-State Takedown Tournament in Cross River, N.Y.
“The Blue Wave Wrestling Club is very proud of all our wrestlers and is looking forward to even more success in the future!” Coach Joe Testa said.
Wrestlers Scott Dansker (8th grade), Nate Smith (6th grade) and Nina Smith (3rd grade) each won trophies from their divisions.
