State Environment Commissioner Robert Klee to Talk on Climate Change at Darien Library

Robert Klee, commissioner of the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection will speak on climate change this Tuesday, Jan. 16 at Darien Library. Klee will discuss how Connecticut’s new budget and policies will affect DEEP’s plans to keep the state safe from the effects of climate change; what those plans are; and how we, as citizens, can help. _________

The commissioner’s talk begins at 11 a.m. in the Community Room. The event, which lasts an hour, is sponsored by Darien Library, the Darien League of Women Voters, Robinson+Cole, and the Darien Nature Center.
