You can decide for yourself at a free cheese tasting from 10 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 21, when the Vermont cheesemakers themselves, Peter and Rachel Dixon, will visit Ken and Tori Skovron’s store. The tasting will also include seasonal smoked charcuterie and apple and pear ciders to pair with the cheeses. “Peter is an icon in the cheese industry for his approach to the craft and his passion,” Ken Skovron said.
