Workshop Series Coming at Darien YMCA on Mothers Parenting Daughters

The Darien YMCA is hosting a transformative workshop series, “My Daughter, Myself: Giving My Daughter the Gift of a Fulfilling and Connected Life”. This workshop will teach mothers of middle and high school girls the skills and tools to be a powerful resource for their daughters. The workshop will be held on 6 consecutive Wednesdays, beginning October 3rd. Each workshop will run from 9am to 11:30 a.m.
Prior to Oct. 3, each participant will have a 30-minute one-on-one meeting with one of the workshop leaders to ask questions and get to know the instructors.
