At 5:56 p.m. on Jan. 14, an officer stopped a 2002 Audi A6 after the vehicle crossed a lane of traffic without properly clearing it, in getting onto the entrance ramp of Interstate 95 northbound at Exit 11. Four people were in the car for about three minutes before a woman left and entered Panera Bread when a worker there unlocked the door for her.
