Private Spat, Public Physical Struggle, Police Issue Summonses

A man and a woman who either live with each other or are in a relationship got into a public struggle Wednesday morning when one tried to retrieve a phone the other person had. Both were charged with breach of peace; no one was reported injured. The Darien police description of the incident followed state law in not giving any identifying information about the two. The police account identified neither of them as a juvenile or said either was sent to juvenile court, so we can assume they were a man and a woman.
