Bassist Timothy Cobb will be the guest artist in the Nov. 13-14 concerts, aptly named “The Bottom Line”. Cobb has been Principal Bass of the New York Philharmonic since 2014. He will join the Chamber Players in three exciting works – Serenata in Vano for Clarinet, Bassoon, Horn, Cello and Bass, by Karl Nielsen, Dvořák’s Bass Quintet in G major, Op.77, and finally the great Octet in F major, Op.166 by Franz Schubert.
