A concert in Norwalk to benefit victims of Hurricane Harvey, originally scheduled for Sept. 6, has been postponed to the following Wednesday, Sept. 13 because of expected rain. The concert will take place at Calf Pasture Beach in Norwalk, and state Sen. Bob Duff, who represents Norwalk and much of Darien, has warned gas retailers not to jack up prices too high.
