To celebrate Mother’s Day and mothers’ love, Crane Song Photography is offering $100 “Mom & Me” mini-photography sessions at the Darien Sport Shop from 1 to 5 p.m. on Saturday, May 6.  The entire session fee will be donated to Special Olympics Connecticut.

The funds will be raised to help Special Olympics provide opportunities for Connecticut children and adults who have intellectual disabilities to play sports with their peers and enhance their health and fitness.

Each mini-photography session will be 15 minutes long, and each participant will receive two 5- by 7-inch prints at no charge.  Additional event product packages will also be available for purchase.

About Hildi Todrin

Owner of Crane Song Photography, LLC and Mom of a Special Olympics Athlete

Hildi Todrin established Crane Song Photography in 2008 as a boutique photography studio that offers clients exceptional customer service, resulting in a stress-free, enjoyable photographic experience from first contact through to finished artwork.

Crane Song Photography is located in North Stamford and has an outdoor pond, woods and stone walls, as well as an indoor studio.

Todrin’s passion is to photograph kids and families, and her priority is to give back.  She’s supported non-profit organizations for many years, including Special Olympics CT for the past five years, by donating photography services and volunteering with the local Special Olympics tennis team sponsored by the Darien Lions.

She is President of the Southern Connecticut Wellesley Club, and also serves on the board of Temple Sinai of Stamford.  In addition, she’s photographed events for the Stamford Symphony and Temple Sinai.

She also has contributed to organizations including the Stamford YMCA; King School; Hindley School; The Child Guidance Center; Neighbor to Neighbor; Operation Hope of Fairfield; United Way of Western CT, Abilis and Ridgefield Academy.
