These Darien High School sports teams had their Saturday events postponed to dates yet to be determined; ALL Darien High School sports teams events have been cancelled, the school district announced on its website. here are those events and others:
- Darien Boys Hockey vs. Trumbull at The Rinks at Shelton
- Darien Wrestling at Valley of Champions
- Boys, Girls Indoor Track & Field at Wilton meet
- Darien Girls Lacrosse Team announced on Twitter that “Sono high school league play is cancelled” for Saturday
- Darien YMCA announced “All pee-wee, house, and home basketball games are postponed.”

- Darien Doughnut announced it will close at noon Saturday and expects to be open again Sunday at the regular time.

- Department of Motor Vehicles announced: “[A]ll road skills tests for license applicants are cancelled starting at 10 a.m. for today (Saturday, Jan. 23) due to storm conditions.”
- Diocese of Bridgeport (Roman Catholic) cancelled all diocesan events for this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, the Diocese tweeted.
- Double Exposure is closed.
- Downtown Cabaret in Bridgeport announced “Today’s shows are cancelled! Ticket-holders click here for more information.” The box office is closed, too.

- Palmer’s Market announced it was closing at 9 a.m.
- Pure Barre Darien announced: “Our 9:45am and 11am classes have been canceled due to the snow storm. Stay safe and warm!”
- Rowayton Arts Center is closed for the weekend.
- Royle School Parent Teacher Organization announced that the Sound Tigers Choral event on Saturday has been cancelled.
- Sono Baking Company & Cafe is closing all stores at 11 a.m., it announced: “With snow continuing heavier this afternoon, we have decided to close all our locations at 11 a.m. We still have plenty of bread and goodies if you’re venturing out this morning. Stay safe.”
- Stamford Museum & Nature Center is closed (it plans to open again 11 a.m. Sunday)
