Come meet Darien’s first responders and learn about being prepared for emergencies! Learn who to call, where to go, and what to do in case of an emergency.

Climb into emergency vehicles including a fire truck, ambulance, police vehicle, and military command vehicle.

In addition, there will be food, free emergency preparedness giveaways, crafts, and a storytime. Join us for an afternoon of fun, food, and fire trucks!

Another Emergency Preparedness Event:
Tuesday at the Library

For Families with children who are teens and tweens, from Grade 6 on up:

The digital world can be a scary place. Come learn about different strategies to protect yourself and your children online.

Learn about scams and the signs to look out for. Discuss laws related to children and the internet. Takeaway common sense approaches to using the Internet for tweens and teens.

The program takes place from 7 to 8 p.m., Tuesday in the Conference Room at Darien Library.
