The event will include three back-to-back, hour-long classes, starting at 9:15 a.m. Darien Y spin instructors, Keri Harden, Melissa O’Brien and Beverly Wagner will teach all three classes together.

Participants can register for one, two or all three of the one-hour classes at either the Standard level price (for a chance to win a massage) or Competition level price (for a chance to win a six-month membership). Registration in advance is required on this Web page of the Darien Y website or at the Darien Y’s front desk.
