Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles offices are normally closed on Mondays, so employees will get a holiday break for Martin Luther King Jr. Day starting at 12:30 p.m., Friday. DMV offices will remain closed on Saturday.
DMV offices reopen at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday for regular business hours.
You can get some DMV services (license renewals and replacements) at American Automobile Association offices, which will remain open for normal business hours from Friday through Monday, according to an announcement on the Connecticut DMV website.

Department of Motor Vehicles major customer service offices will close for the Martin Luther King Day holiday on Friday, January 15, at 12:30 p.m. and reopen Tuesday, January 19, at 7:45 a.m.
Major DMV service offices will be open on Thursday until 5:30 p.m.
All AAA offices will be open to process renewals for driver licenses and non-driver ID cards during their normal business hours.
