Deborah Frances Derbyshire Catino left this earth on Oct. 26 after a very long battle with Alzheimer’s Disease.

ObitDeborah was born Feb. 6, 1950 and grew up in Darien, after raising her four children in Easton, she moved to San Mango Sul Calore, Italy where she lived the rest of her days.

She will always be remembered for her smile that would light up a room, a love for meeting new people, her heartfelt love for her family and friends, her infectious laugh, and her giving heart.

She is survived by her husband Theodore Catino of San Mango Sul Calore, Italy; daughters Cindy Campbell and her husband Alan Campbell of Roanoke, Va., Nicole Ross and her husband Andrew Ross of Healdsburg, Ca., Lisa Catino of Maryland, Connie Seo and her husband Paul Seo of Easton; her siblings Pam Carlson, Kenneth Derbyshire, and Anthony Derbyshire; grandchildren Nate, Simon, Bryce, Logan, Tatum, Dean and the amazing woman that cared for her for many years, Stela Monica, and her family.

Friends and family are invited to attend funeral services at 10 a.m., Nov. 3 at St. John Roman Catholic Church, 1986 Post Road, Darien 06820.

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
