Changes are coming to Darien Summer School for the 2017 season! DSS has always provided fun educational and enriching programs for residents in town and the surrounding area, but this year the course offerings will be greatly expanded.
Options will include one-, two-, or five-week sessions with varying times to fit families’ schedules.
Over 100 programs are already planned and listed on the website in categories including technology, sports, art, music, theater, literacy, math, and much more. Some of the new classes include ceramics, cooking, dance, rugby, fashion, poetry, woodworking, and rocketry.
Since the DSS Course Catalog is going digital this year, families can view all class descriptions and register on the website.
Course Catalogs will not be printed and mailed to homes this year. However, parents can also receive information and updates through Facebook (Darien Summer School) and Twitter (@DarienSummerSch).
Registration starts on Jan. 23. Classes are expected to fill up so sign up early!

- Registration will begin on Monday, Jan. 23, 2017 at 12 a.m.
- Darien Summer School will run from June 25 to July 28, with no classes on July 4.
